Cara Silletto, MBA, CSP,  says her “day job” is being the President andChief Retention Officer at her firm Magnet Culture, teaching business leadersacross the country how to reduce unnecessary employee turnover andbridge generational gaps in the workplace. Cara started her career on thestage at age 7 in the Silletto Family Band (yes, just like the PartridgeFamily).
